The Manager at the Fifth Third location in the Cleveland/Collinwood location has no business being labeled as a Supervisor. He is rude, nasty, can't speak English, and is never at work. The Assistant, I think her name is Amber, is also rude, can't answer a direct question, and she also is never at work. They use to have excellent service until this Manager/Supervisor took over.
