I sent out a letter to request a refund of $ 88.00 via the email address I was given a couple weeks ago and have heard absolutely NOTHING, from this Co. I spoke with a Supervisor named Debbie she assured me they received my email and as soon as they can get to it, it will be handled. Of course this was everything I wanted to hear just to shut me up. I am filing a consumer Complait with the Better Business Bureau, and then onto my Attorney. I've played thier game now their going to play mine.
