Mr. Manoj from travelmasti booked my ticket and DID NOT CONFIRM whether my current name and passport name are the same. I'm married now and my name has changed after marriage. Since I'm travelling for the first time after marriage, I wasn't aware that the name on the ticket and passport have to match. After booking when I asked him to assist me in giving me the endorsement letter duly required to show at the airport, he refused to pick up my calls.
