We have a charge for 69.95 from Search4Grants that showed up in our account. We got the cotact number, but everytime you call, l it says "all circuits are busy". We have been trying to contact them to get this refunded, but I wholeheartedly belive that we wil never see that money again. This occrured with two other charges that we did not authorize for $30 each, one called CLUBNV and another for IWBCLUB. We did get through and get the money refunded from the CLUBNV.
