I booked a hotel on Hotwire.com and paid $90 for a room. When I arrived at the hotel I found out that their regular price for a room is $10 less than I paid. Hotwire says they have great discounts because hotels sell them unsold rooms. But I did not get that "discount". I contacted Hotwire and their response was that they can charge anything they want, and it's up to me to pay or not. I see their point, but because they don't say the name of the hotel until you pay, charging more is cheating. read full review »
