This organization is totally unprofessional and unhelpful. I have been trying to work with them since February to get on a payment plan because I lost my job in March and my husband is self-employed. Their representatives are difficult to understand (the woman I spoke to was in the Philappines!), they are rude and unhelpful. The only representative that offered me a reasonable payment plan, asked me to hold on and then came back on the phone only to say she was mistaken and had given me wrong information.
