In January it will be a year of dealing with this rip-off artist. I am sitting home today waiting for the window repair guy to show. As we all know this won't happen. They replaced all windows in my house. The job was so poorly done in my kitchen that the air blows in from the sides. I didn't pay for that portion of the house either.
