A friend, who is a senior citizen, received a call from Capitol One . They wanted him to take a credit card to which he refused. They sent it anyway with a bill for $59.00. He did not want the card as he had told them and proceeded to cut the card in two and sent it back to the company. The next month he received a bill for $59.97 the .97 being interest.
