Here is another update. I got a letter from them saying I now owe 369.00 after they sent me a letter saying the matter was closed. I tried to file a complaint online with the BBB in Omaha, Nebraska, but the form won't take my complaint because I don't have a Nebraska zip code. I sent another fax to them.
