DO NOT sign up for this scam! I am currently unemployed and figured for 1.97 for shipping it was a good deal. BUT i should have researched more!! They ended up charging me $72.12 and some service fee. I called my bank and they gave me a number to cancel this account. THEN a month later I got this weird charge for I-PlanFinances for $38.34 and another service fee. WHEN i called the bank they told me it was an overseas number (888-245-1403) and they said if they didn't want to give me a refund that they would gladly give me the refund... read full review »
