I've had major issues with Woodforest holding EVERY SINGLE DEBIT CARD transaction in a pended status for 5-7 days and then rearranging the order that they post the items in an attempt to overdraw the account to receive the maximum number of NSF fees. I called customer service to complain because I have an item that has been pending for nearly a week!!! They told me that 'its not their fault - the merchants are not collecting on the transactions; therefore, the items are pended". You mean to tell me that EVERY SINGLE MERCHANT... read full review »
