To whomever concerned, The purpose of this email is to lodge a complain against the service of one of your sales staff - Andrew Wee, extension number 8632166. At the beginning, he promised to let me know if he can throw in something for me after I placed my order. My order is placed on the 13th of June and still no news even till Tuesday morning. So I have to make a call down on the 15th June to check what is the matter.
