We signed our loan documents to refinance our property on May 15, 2009 at 4.625 interest rate. It was promised that due to their load of refinancing, they will be able to fund in 2 - 3 weeks time. It is reasonable, I supposed and believed they will. It is now June 29 and the loan is still not funded. I was in contact with them since end of May to follow up my loan. I talked to Jeremy Reynolds and Matt Zurbach and was told that they cannot fund the loan for the interest rate I signed for. They will not honor the rate they promised. read full review »
