I have been with this company for over a year paying them $313.00 every month. They actually settled one of my accounts, and had enough money to settle another one. Over $2500.00 was in my set aside fund. The last payment to them was May 15.I noticed that the June payment did not come out of my account, so I called only to find out they have filed for bankruptcy. The message said I might get some or all of my money back, but how can I be sure? I am a senior citizen and not even employed at this time. To loose this kind of money is heart breaking. My intention was to settle my debt to the credit card companies.Who helps people like me? read full review »
