I have tried to reach this company by their 800 number and through their website. I have called 800 directory assistance and they don't have a listing. Apparently they have disappeared with my money. I have tried to contact one of their vendors who I have paid money to for a maintenance contract on my heating and air--they have disconnected their number and apparently disappeared too.
