Ordered service two weeks before move. Set up time for 6-19-2009 early morning. Waited in house since 7:30 am as instructed. called about 11 am and was told they had until 12 noon to install. Called about 1:30 pm and was tpld they had until 6 pm. I called and was told they had until 10 pm. Called at about 10:30 pm and was told the account was placed on "in jeopardy" status but they did not know what that meant. Asked to speak to a manager was HUNG UP ON.
