One of the owners, HEIDI, is NASTY (and that is the understatement of the century, depending on what day you catch her on)! If you did not buy your dog from her do NOT expect special treatment for your loved one. She has said (and by said, I mean SCREAMED AT) to customers that she does not need their business. Fine.
