This company is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I have also been billed and billed and have received NOTHING!!! I was completely clear that I only wanted to try the free trial and did not want to participate in ANY AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM! I was assured that was so, and not only did they get my address incorrect so I did not receive a thing, but the overcharges threw my account into the negative twice!!
