I hired Associated Tax Relief to help me the IRS. I needed to file for 04 and straighten out fees, penalties, etc. I paid them $12K. They never told me what was going on and it seems now that they did my tax return incorrect. Not only are they not standing by it, they are asking me for additional money ($5, 400) to get it taken care of. They don't return calls unless they want money and they screwed this up and put me in a worse situation than before. Hiring them by far is the worst decision that I've ever made.
