I cancelled my order within the time alloted but they charged my credit card for another shipment. I called once and after 1 hour of waiting was able to get through and was told I would be refunded in 2-3 days. I was not and in the mean time received another shipment. I have been trying for days spending over 4 hours on the phone to try and reach a customer service representative to get an RMA required on the website to receive a full refund.
