I ordered a refurbished Viewsonic, 24 inch HD monitor for $199. Seemed like a great deal. The monitor came in a non-descript, cardboard box with no manufacturer packaging. It was covered with a used, worn plastic bag and the accessories were just tossed in and floating around freely in the box. The foam carrier holding the monitor was obviously for another product and barely supported the monitor in place. I took the monitor out and check it.
