My May and June Verizon home telephone bills include surprise charges from OAN Services Inc. The website provided on the Verizon bill does not take me to their company. It is not in service. I called the OAN number on my Verizon bill and their offices were closed for the day. I am going to have to spend time to complain and get my money back. I noticed another person had the same complaint on this board. Based on what I read here and elsewhere on the when this company is a fraud and Verizon should stop allowing this company to bill. read full review »
