I had two lines on my account in November. At the sart of December, I called and had one line canceled. I paid my bill of $64.42 on 12/19/2008, when I went to go pay my bill on 01/02/2009, I was told to pay $100.30. After calling customer service they apologized for not canceled the other line, and told me to only pay $58.30 on my account, and my phone would be back on in 15 mins.
