They lured me in with a coupon, made me sign up for a 3 month package to use it. I only tanned there 15 times in a 3 month period and after I cancelled my membership they continued to charge me and continue to charge me. There computer system logs how many times you visit, they know I already overpaid, yet their greed allows them to "accidently" not cancel my membership after being asked so they can continue to exorbitantly charge me.
