A paragraph inserted into my regular account statement from my USBank in Centennial, CO, informed me that USBank just completed their periodic update of the "Your Deposit Account Agreement" booklet. The stated the changes are effective "immediately". (June 1st, 2009), although my statement arrived in the mail on June 30, 2009!
