IDL seems to still be billing me for services that were finally cancelled in March. I finally got the voicemail services to cancel whatever they were billing me for and IDL seems to be continuing charging me supposedly for that service. I have fought with my land line provider about these third party charges on my bill. Everyone seems to know they are stopped except IDL. everytime it looks like my account isn't getting billed IDL bills it again. what's the deal? NO doesn't mean NO to them. read full review »
