I ordered things from Amazon.com for Christmas for my husband and as of January 3, 2009, have still not received them. UPS was sto deliver them on Dec. 24th as promised, and have made no attempt to contact me about the delays, nor have they attempted delivery to us. FedEx gave us many options, called repeatedly and even offered to meet us at the bottom of our hill to get us our packages. They went above and beyond, UPS has done nothing.
