I bought a visa debit card for my sister for christmas, she is now trying to activate the card and it wants her ssn# address. this is insane. there is not another pre-paid debit card out there that wants that information and that you are suppose to wait 7-10 days to use the card. i put 25.00 on the card plus it cost 8.94 to load the money on there and she cant even use the thing. i will never buy another card at walmart again. my sister is very disappointed and that makes me angry. i also went on this website to activate and their is not a... read full review »
