First off I want to say that everything that we were told, were a bunch of lies. We bought our timeshare in Gatlinburg, TN in 2005 and we purchased 10, 000 points every other year. We were told that our points would roll over if we did not use them, which was a lie because we have already lost over 10, 000 points. There were fees that we were billed for but were never told about as well.
