Made a serivce call for 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Called at 11:15 to see if they were still coming. Got someone who could barely speak English. Keep repeating "you are on the route." After 21 minutes with her (with 39 minutes to go to noon), she gave me a supervisor. He said "You are still on the route for today." I asked him if he understood that we had taken 4 hours off work to get this taken care of and it has still not been taken care of.
