I discovered today that my credit card was charged for a membership that I was unaware of. I was charged $19.95 in which I am told I cannot be refunded because I went past my 3 day trial time that I have to cancel the subscription. I did not want nor did I see that I would be automatically enrolled in this membership. I feel that this is a misrepresentation of their business, they are stealing money from people. I have the documents that I printed from the computer regarding my order and it did NOT mention the enrollment. Someone needs to stop these thieves. read full review »
