This company will use the excuse that rates had risen to explain why they were not able to fund loans. DO NOT BELIVE IT! I locked a low rate with them and paid them $995.00 It has been MONTHS, and I have not received a loan, a phone call, an apology, or my $995.00 If you see any names from IGS... including KIRK SMITH, KAHRAM ZAMANI, JAY LEE, JAMIE RUIZ, CHRIS SAMAYOA, MATT ZURBACH, and CHRIS SANTAMARIA ... you will be wasting your time.
