I was called about being able to lower my interest rates on credit cards. The person that called (Brenda Hayes) said that they work directly with the credit card companies and can get rates lowered. I was told that they get on the line with me with the credit card companies (because they need my approval) and get my rates lowered. When I received my packet in the mail to fill out my information on what cards I want lowered it was a different company.
