Sears Customer Service SUCKS big time. They DO NOT care one iota about your concerns or THEIR EMPLOYMENT. They don't give a SHIT. Period. I applied for a Sears card, was approved, then went to buy a refrigerator online, as I had an immediate need, as my kitchen refrigerator (THANKS, Maytag, 2.5 yrs longevity) shot craps.
