After approving the loan modification, the bank start calling and sending me an harassing call, sending people to take the picture of my house. When I call them back they keep telling me we are sorry it takes about two months to update the modification and just ignore the letters and phone calls. I waited three months nothing happens, then I start paying the new promised amount and the harassing letters and people coming to my house keep growing.
