this lot is horrible. They have no personnel skills, errors in the recordkeeping, and theyare rude and nasty. They came to repo my truck-twice stating I was late on payments; however, they could not tell me when I missed a payment or even the last time I paid. When I called they hung up on me, telling me their computers are down and no one can review my payment history with me to help ME understand where there is a problem.
