i when to autozone on yonker store 5288. the manager and employee had no customer service skill. as a female driver i was told to go to autozone and by battery that they would it on for me. it was raining but lite rain the sun was out. but i was told that theycould not help me, and when the manager came out he was rude because he saw that he was wrong. at the end with a nasty attitude he told his employee to help me and they both left without letting me know what was going to happen next after 20 minutes i just left. i do not recommend that location to anyone. i am going further with this complaint. thanks. read full review »
