I made a booking with Hotelcollect.com on the 19 June 2009 and received no confirmation, athought the web site stated I would receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes, 2 July 2009, the day before the trip I have contacted the hotel and they have not heard of the company. We have no booking. My complaint against Google is that it is well known that this site is taking peoples money (number of complaints on this site) and Google haven't removed them from Google Search. Google is therefore allowing this fraudulent site to continue stealing peoples money. I will not trust Google again read full review »
