American Van Lines sub-contracted Navi Star Relocation for my move from SC to CA. The entire process was a nightmare! American lied from the get go. Jacked the price up twice. Actual movers showed up 4 days after the appointed pick up, was told the truck broke down! After pick up, delivery date set...Navi Star was a no show, was told the truck broke down! Sleeping on the floor 2 more lnights. Furniture still not here, so many lies, dont know where to turn. I called the dispatch lady at Navistar everything but a white woman, couldnt help myself..I am at their mercy and I hate it..Somebody help! read full review »
