The unauthorized taking of $31.99 from my checking account that I did NOT authorized, this overdrew my account, must pay the charges for this, plus a $30.00 charge from my bank. I want a refund, within 72 hours.!! I did call and have this service stopped, I DIDNOT want the service, nor did I know that money would be taken from my account, and further screwing-up my finances. So, basically, Thanks for NOTHING!!! It's a real shame that you take advantage of people who really need help, and you sharks just sucker us in, and then try to further strip away our dignity.
