I order a trial of this product for the agreed amount and was told on the phone that I would need to call to cancel within 14 days of the product being shipped and that the product would arrive within 3 days. First of all, the product didn't arrive for over 7 days and then my credit card was charged $86.94 on the 14th day from the date i originally called.
