Ripoff when I bought a Proflowers 2/16/2008 item. They claim that I signed off my name, because they had the address. Since then they charged me 14.95 every month. They started 05/30/2008. I thought it was a charge of the E-ZPass acoount and I paid no attention. Well I called the bank and made a complaint. They are going to issue a refund, but only 2009. You see anything longer cannot be recovered, because I did not complain in time. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FLOWERS. read full review »
