The insurance company is wanting to refund me that amount of my warranty and leave me with a piece of furniture that is broken and can cause a harm to son. The bed could collapse and cause severe damage to my son. I live in California and they wanted me to go to Texas to choose a new bed when their is an Ashley furniture about 40 miles away from me. I am still fighting this issue since my warranty coverage is good for 5 years. I will never by from Ashley furniture again since they have the worst customer service to their clients.. read full review »
