Oh my gosh, here is what they did to me. Besides the constant harassing phone calls to me and my family, I lost my job in January. I called Nuvell to see if I could get my payment deferred. They told me that I couldn't defer the payment until I was late. I said ok, so can I call the day after the payment is due, they said yes. So I called 2 days after the payment was due, and they told me that it was too early to call. I needed to wait for at least 2 weeks, and then call them back.
