I have been the victim of GE Money Bank who is also the parent company of CareCredit. Care Credit is a credit card targeted the medical professions. I recieved my December card statement where they lowered my credit line charged me an over the limit fee and increased my intrest rate to 28.99%. I attempted to resolve the issue through cutomer service in the Orlando, Fl office, got put on hold and was hung up on.
