I ordered the free trial shipment of Luminious Brites for $4.99. Their whitining product was very inefective. I called and canceled within the 20 day time period (as required), but was still sent a second shiment about 3 or four weeks later. For this unauthorized shipment I was charged $88.97 on my credit card. I have called the support line @ 1800-360-1477 four seperate times in order to complain to a superviser from customer service and request a refund.
