My washer was supposed to be fixed by A & E Factory service on sat between 1 and 5pm. My husband and I were both all day. At 2:00 I went out to check our mail and there was a post it on our door saying "sorry we missed you, we were here at 1:52" Well I think the service man must have had weekend plans and trying to get home early b/c our kids were napping, quite house and we have two dogs that bark.
