We purchased a new home with a kitchenAid dishwasher. The electronics broke within 6 months of use. It has now been 5 months and 5 repair visits and the dishwasher still does not work. Each time the repairman comes, he leaves the dishwasher in worse shape than before. @-4 weeks pass between each repair call as they order new parts which ar frequently on back order. No one calls to tell you anything. The customer service people from Kitchenaid point to A&E. A&E points to Kitchenaid. Meanwhile I wash dishes by hand for 5 months. Both companies are irresponsible and should be avoided by all consumers at all costs. read full review »
