How is this company in business? Customer service is not important to them. The technicians don't know what they're doing. There is a major communication breakdown within the company. You call, they pacify. Nothing gets done...oh, wait, they DO let you wait around another week for your NEXT appointment. They have been to our home 4 TIMES now.
