In an attempt to make an appointment with my colorer, whom I see every four weeks, I was put on hold and left there by a female employee at the front desk. Finally, a male employee came on who gave me a 12:40 color appointment with a 2:10 style appointment. When I pointed out to him that I would be left sitting with a wet head for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to tell me how color works. I have been having my hair colored at Visible Changes for some 40 years and certainly did not need this information. What I wanted and needed were back-to-back appointments, something he obviously doesn't understand. To say that I am upset is to put it mildly. read full review »
